All estimates provided by Top Notch Tree Solutions are based on visual inspection and information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are subject to change if site conditions differ from what was observed or described. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen circumstances arise during the course of work, including hidden damage, underground utilities, access changes, etc., and will communicate any changes before proceeding.
Scheduled service dates are subject to weather, equipment availability, and crew scheduling. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance if a scheduled date needs to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at 208-625-7175.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. A processing fee may apply to card payments. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

You are responsible for identifying property lines, underground utilities, and any restrictions that may affect the work. Top Notch Tree Solutions is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities.
Top Notch Tree Solutions carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services. We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by natural events, including wind and storms, during or after service, or damage to unmarked utilities or structures not disclosed prior to work.
